How Email Automation Works
- • Automations are triggered by events in your system (new orders, quotes sent, etc.)
- • Emails are queued and processed periodically (every 5 minutes via cron)
- • Use "Process Queue" to manually send pending emails immediately
- • Set a delay to wait before sending (e.g., send review request 24 hours after service)
- • Time-based triggers (overdue invoices, equipment due) are checked during queue processing
